REED is excited to partner with a wonderful nursery in the Corby area to recruit a dedicated Nursery Practitioner. We are looking for someone to join our team in February or March 2025, with both part-time and full-time positions available.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for Early Years:Â A genuine love for working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Strong Communication Skills:Â Both written and verbal.
- Initiative:Â Ability to take charge and be proactive.
- Qualifications:Â Level 2 or 3 in Early Years, or UNQ with a minimum of 6 months experience in a nursery setting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Childcare & Supervision:Â Assist in the care and supervision of children.
- Safe Environment:Â Create a nurturing space for children to play and learn.
- Engagement:Â Involve children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Support:Â Help with diaper changes and potty training as needed.
- Cleanliness:Â Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nursery area.
- Parent Communication:Â Keep parents informed about their child's day and any concerns.
