Platform recruitment is collaborating with a Specialist Industrial and Process Control Systems firm seeking an innovative Electrical Design Engineer.
The main duties include creating Electrical and Instrument diagrams, constructing panel layouts, and ensuring compliance with safety circuit design and risk assessments.
Key skills required for the role include working knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and experience with Industrial Communication Networks like Profibus and Profinet.
The position offers a salary ranging from £45k to £55k, depending on experience.
This role is located in and around Corby and requires relevant experience in electrical design and fault finding.

Platform recruitment has partnered with a Specialist Industrial and Process Control Systems firm. My client provide market leading design solutions across a range of sectors and are looking for an innovative Electrical Design Engineer to join their team!

Main Duties:

Create a range of Electrical and Instrument diagrams with a range of tools
Construct various panel layouts
Ensure Safety Circuit Design + Risk Assessments according to EN ISO 13849/60261
Deal with LV Power Distribution

Key Skills:

Working knowledge of PLCs, HMI and SCADA
Experience with Industrial Communication Networks such as Profibus and Profinet
Fault Finding and Electrical Drawing Experience
Working knowledge of CAD

Salary/Location:

The salary is circa £45k-£55k depending on experience
This role is based in and around Corby
