£25,000, Corby, Monday to Friday Core Hours 8:00am-5:00pm, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Xmas Party, Xmas Shutdown, Pension, Canteen, Parking, Training and development available, Annual Bonus Scheme

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Technical Lead to assist in design and engineering tasks
• Use AutoCAD 2D and 3D for creating and modifying technical drawings
• Provide hands-on support in maintaining and assembling equipment or prototypes
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on projects
• Respond to customer inquiries and offer technical assistance in a professional manner
• Ensure technical designs and project deliverables are completed on time
• Maintain records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of engineering principles
• Knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD 2D and 3D would be advantagous
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work well in a hands-on environment and assist with practical tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and adapt to the technical demands of the role

Location: Corby

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent
