Rate: £17 per hour

Are you an experienced Extrusion Operator looking for a rewarding new role? We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Corby!
If you have only 1 or 2 years experience within extrusion, the company will offer £14 per hour to start with a comprehensive training programme to get you up to the 17ph.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain extrusion machinery
- Monitor production quality and ensure consistent output
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
? Requirements:
- Previous experience in extrusion operations
- 3-5 years extrusion experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
