Bench Assembly/ Warehouse Operative

Red Recruitment are looking for someone to join the bench/assembly team for our client based in Corby.

Job description:

Production Operative (full time)

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a permanent role of 39.5hrs per week 08:00 to 16:30 Mon-Thurs, 08:00 to 16:00 Fri.

What you will be doing:

In this full-time role, you will play a key role in our production team. The hands-on role involves the assembly of their textile and foam garments.

About you:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferable but not essential.

- Comfortable working as part of a small team to high quality standards.

- Happy to work in a physical role that will involve manual handling.

- Good attention to detail and work ethic.

The role:

- The position is full-time and based at our modern factory in Corby. An immediate start is available subject to a successful interview & trial.

- Once Training has been completed a weekly Production Bonus will be introduced and pay rate increase to £14.00ph.
