Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Weekly paid. This is a full time Temp to Permanent role (typically 8 weeks). £12p/h.
Production and Warehouse Operative
Insight Employment are seeking to recruit individuals to join our Corby based production team.
The role includes working with machinery in the production area and picking and packing. This will also require a degree of physical lifting and is working in a chilled environment.
The ideal candidate will need very good attention to detail to ensure quality control standards are met and the production counts are completed accurately, and Health and Safety protocols are followed.
Candidates would need to work at a fast but accurate pace in order to keep up with machines. You must also be comfortable working in a chilled environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Basic Food Hygiene desired but not essential
Able to work in a chilled environment
Good attention to detail
Previous production experience of at least 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Checking products are made to company specification including, temperature, weight.
Prompt reporting of maintenance issues.
Packing finished goods.
Help maintain Good Manufacturing Practice by keeping the area clean and tidy.
Ensure compliance with all company and technical procedures.
