Reed is excited to collaborate with a global company to recruit a talented and energetic Finance Business Partner.
In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and various business functions, playing a key part in delivering financial insights and analytics to enhance operational performance.
Duties Include:
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to compile accurate and timely Management Accounts
- Developing and maintaining robust budgeting processes
- Analysis of financial data to identify trends and variances
- Consolidate forecasts from various business units into a cohesive narrative
- Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external business functions
- Continuous evaluation of financial processes and systems
Requirements:
- Part Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Â
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary and benefits:
The role of Finance Business Partner is £50,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and flexible working.
