About the RoleAs a Slitter Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production by operating slitting machines efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Slitting Machine to ensure optimal production.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the shift.
- Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with company standards.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Proficient in English (Entry Level 3 or above).
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
