We are currently working with a primary school based around Kettering, supporting them recruit a full time Early Years teacher to start from January 2025. 

Key Responsibilities• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons that engage and inspire young learners.• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes play-based learning.• Assess and track children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, providing regular updates on progress and development.• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching resources and ideas.• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.What We're Looking For• Qualifications:o A recognised Early Years teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, EYTS, or equivalent).• Skills and Experience:o Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.o A creative, enthusiastic, and caring approach to teaching and learning.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.o Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the life of the school.o A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive difference.
