Location: CorbyRemuneration: £25,000 - £28,000

The role of the Order Processor - PVC Windows & Doors will involve:

• Order Processor position dealing with a high end range of uPVC, aluminium, timber and alu-clad windows and doors direct to trade customers
• Primarily focusing on the PVC windows & doors product range
• Assist with any incoming customer queries via telephone & email
• Raising quotations for customers and processing the orders that follow
• Ensuring all orders are price checked against the sales cost allowed
• Making sure that all order confirmations are correct, making changes if needed
• Check with the factory to ensure that products are prepared on time
• Raising purchase orders and matching them up to delivery notes and purchase invoices
• Working on order software tools such as LogiKal & Window Designer

The ideal applicant will be an Order Processor - PVC Windows & Doors with:

• Must have experience within order processing, internal sales or customer service
• Ideally will have experience within the fenestration, manufacturing or construction industry
• Ideally will have experience dealing with fenestration software packages such as LogiKal or Window Designer
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-driven, results orientated with ability to multi task
• Robust, positive outlook and team player
