We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join a large client in Corby, working within their busy Customer Interaction Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in customer service with a well-established company.

Job Overview:
  • Training Duration: Approx. 7 weeks (9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday)
  • Post-Training Shifts: Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm (7.5 hours per day)
  • Some shifts will require occasional evenings until 10:30pm, 1 in 5 Saturdays, 1 in 6 Sundays, and 2 Bank Holidays per year
  • Part-Time Shifts: Monday to Friday, either 17:30 - 22:30 or 18:30 - 22:30
  • Hybrid Working: Potential available after 12 weeks, depending on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls
  • Identify and order spare parts/accessories
  • Cross-sell products and services where applicable
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support
