Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and print production? We are seeking a Pre-Press Operator to prepare and process jobs for print, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a dynamic, high-quality production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all jobs for print production, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve artwork issues, communicating with clients as needed.
- Maintain quality control throughout the shift.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Handle other assigned duties with flexibility and efficiency.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Strong knowledge of print processes and an ability to identify technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving skills and self-motivation to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and a safe working environment.
Who You'll Work With:
Collaborate closely with Printers, Print Staff, Supervisors, Sales Teams, and Production Planning to ensure seamless operations.

- Reliable attendance and timekeeping.
- Good command of English (Entry Level 3 or above).
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
