AM Shift & PM Shift £11.62
Nights - £12.00

Working Hours : Monday Friday with various shift patterns available

Day shifts: 06:00-14:00
Afternoon shifts: 14:00-22:00
Night Shift : 22:00-06:00

Location: Midlands Logistics Park, Unit 2, Plantation Lane, Corby, NN18 8JY
Duration: Ongoing

As a Picker Packer you will need to have:

Physically fit and capable of maintaining physical activity
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail when checking goods and inspecting stock
Ability to conduct physical stock checks and address discrepancies
Clear communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with the team

Role of a Picker Packer :

Picking and packing in an automated warehouse
Goods in & loading and unloading containers - please note this can involve heavy lifting
Efficiently prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring stock is located and checked for quality
Inspect all received goods for correct quantity and type
Conduct quality checks on picked orders for accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, removing damaged pallets
Perform stock checks and report discrepancies to meet service agreements
Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet deadlines and deliver excellent service for Europa customers
