This design and manufacturing business is renowned within the industry, with a large client base of household names across the UK. Due to the securing of new contracts and growth, the company is looking to add a highly motivated Health & Safety Advisor to the team.

In this role you will be part of a tight-knit team, working directly with a company Director who will aid you in becoming an expert within the field. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing risks, implementing group safety standards, monitoring H&S compliance, along with promoting new initiatives and training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Construction qualification, along with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience conducting risk assessments, internal audits, and near-misses. Any experience with company training is beneficial but not essential.

The Role

  • Work closely alongside a company Director to continuously improve health and safety standards
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Enhance the health and safety culture of the team
  • Conduct accident and near-miss reports where necessary
  • Support will be provided to further industry qualifications
  • Site-based with working hours 8am - 5pm


The Person

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with internal audits, risk assessment, near-miss reports etc.
  • Running of training sessions (advantageous but not essential)
