What You Will Do:- Develop, implement, and review HSE policies to ensure compliance with standards and legislation.- Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to stakeholders, including the Senior Management team.- Produce and analyse safety statistics for senior management, driving continuous improvement in all HSE matters.- Oversee all incident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are shared across the team.- Conduct internal audits, ensuring the effective management of contractors and compliance with safety management systems.- Facilitate monthly HSE meetings, ensuring safety data is communicated effectively at all levels within the business.What You Will Bring:- NEBOSH General Certificate qualification, with Lead Auditor qualification being a desirable asset.- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management-level HSE role, ideally within a high volume manufacturing or automotive environment.- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining accredited Safety Management systems (ISO 45001, ISO14001, ISO5001).- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation.- A track record of driving behavioural culture change programs across large, multi-shift operations.Company Contribution & Industry Information:This role is a cornerstone within the company, directly contributing to the overarching goal of operational excellence through the implementation of robust HSE practices.
