- You must however be equally able to engage, gain buy in, influence and convey the HSE message to the SLT. This credibility to communicate across all levels is essential for the role.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) level qualification
- FMCG experience is desirable but the client will look to wider regulated manufacturing experience to be also included
- Environmental Sustainability knowledge is preferred
- Prior management experience of multiple sites in a similar level role.
