In this exciting role you willmanage all aspects of the technical support for your region, this could involve remote support via email or video call as well as face to face support for more difficult solutions.

What youll do in Technical Support?

  • Plan,organise and deliver technical support for the southern region
  • Assist with technical and health and safety bulletins
  • Liaise with Manufacturers on technical issues and obtain satisfactory solutions
  • Produce technical reports when conducting site visits
  • Manage the OEM warranty systems for your region
