This well established business are a specialist manufacturer operating within the FMCG sector. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, and with a brand new multimillion pound manufacturing facility, they are now looking to expand their maintenance team. Due to this, they are now looking for a Team Leader to join their expert team.
In this role you will be tasked with running a team of maintenance engineers on the night shift. This will involve a range of electrical and mechanical pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities on the company's production machinery. In addition to this you will be responsible for mentoring and managing the performance of your team. This role is set on permanent nights, with hours of 10pm-6am Mon-Fri, so you must be happy with this.
This role would therefore suit an experienced multi-skilled engineer with team lead experience who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to join a growing company.
The Role:
- Overseeing a team of engineers
- Pre-planned and reactive maintenance
- Permanent nights (Mon-Fri 10-6)
- 54,000 - 55,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
