Stores Coordinator
13ph to 13.50ph d.o.e, NN17, 30 days holiday, 7.30am till 4.30pm M-T 7.30am til 12.30pm Fri, Pension, Parking, Training
Due to continued success and expansion plans, a brand new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well established company, who boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce:
- Managing day to day of Good In & Out, maintaining booking in system SAGE), recording stock locations, ensuring all paperwork is correct & present for despatched orders
- Maintaining and updating ERP system daily, data entering of POD information onto database
- Liaising with courier contractors arranging collections, monitoring services levels, highlight any issues to management
- Communicating with customers via email and telephone as and when required advising of part arrival
- Unpacking part deliveries as they arrive
- Updating excel spreadsheets and ERP system daily and compiling information for internal reports
- Assisting with physical stock takes as and when required
We would expect the successful Parts Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive manner with an excellent eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Stock Control, Goods in and out administration, or a Part-Coordinato position.
