We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Warehouse Administrator to support our supply chain team, based in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming stock through the warehouse management system and supporting the Management team in with shift scheduling and payroll.

Description

  • To keep accurate records of stock to avoid financial exposure and inability.
  • Completion of cycle counting, stock discrepancy investigations, and other associated stock routines as required to ensure accuracy of the stock file.
  • To liaise with customers, hauliers and internal customers on operational progress
  • Maintain WMS shift schedules effectively.
  • Manage a team, completing tasks such as payroll in the absence of a Manager.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Effective communication skills at all levels of internal & external customers
  • Flexible from 6am - 10pm for rotational shift patterns, i.e. 6 - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm - working 1 in 2 weekends
  • Proven experience working within a Warehouse Administration role of up to 1 year
  • Possess accuracy skills and ability to carry out tasks with attention to detail ensuring work is error free first time.
  • Must be PC literate - Microsoft packages including Excel to an intermediate level
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in both written and verbal forms.
