I am happy to be working with this Corby based law firm, who are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 2 years PQE on a permanent full-time basis.Salary - £45,000 - £60,000Typical duties include

  • Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Drafting and approving leases
  • Due diligence (enquiries and title investigation)
  • Undertaking necessary searches
  • Utility company easements and transfers
  • Exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities
  • Managing files from start to finish and building client relations

Candidate specification:

  • Experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Qualified as a Solicitor or England and Wales
  • Degree holder
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • IT skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work to strong deadlines
  • Experience using IT packages
