Shifts Patterns:
  • Nights- 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM, Monday (Night) to Saturday (Morning)
Location: Corby, NN18 8ET
Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be integral to operations, with responsibilities that include:
  • Ensure accurate recording and tracking of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in warehouse management systems.
  • Assist in the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to prioritize and manage order fulfilment.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues proactively to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with various departments to facilitate effective operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Reporting:
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, order processing, and other key metrics for management review.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues while also being capable of working independently.
  • Prior experience in warehouse administration or logistics is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.

Days: £12.12p/h
