Role: Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £35,(Apply online only)-£40,(Apply online only) per annum

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Hours: 12:00-20:00/14:00-22:00 Mon to Thurs, 10:00-18:00 Friday

The Client:

Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established, leading global manufacturer of engineered fasteners, installation machines and parts feeding equipment on their search for an experience Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. Our client offers a great working environment at their state-of-the-art site based in Corby and are looking for a Maintenance engineer to aid the growth of the company.

The Package:

Salary between £35,(Apply online only)-£40,(Apply online only) dependent on experience
Overtime available at enhanced rate (1.25x, 1.33x, 1.5x)
28 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays

Training & Development surrounding electrical & mechanical capabilities

The Role:

Carry out repairs and maintenance and repairs on an array of manufacturing machinery on site
Monitor Preventative maintenance schedules and planned work to ensure repairs, maintenance and part orders are up to date.
Electrical and mechanical repairs, fault finding and maintenance
Complete relevant training & development to progress career.

The Requirements:

Previous experience as a maintenance engineer, carrying out PPM’s, Reactive Maintenance, attending breakdowns, electrical or mechanical fault finding & repairs alongside
A good level of communication and ability to liaise with engineers & management
Minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance engineer
Previous experience in CAD Design systems (reading technical drawings)
Relevant qualifications, either electrical or mechanical (city & guilds. NVQ’s)
