We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG business in Corby. In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring production runs smoothly by maintaining and repairing a range of equipment. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance to keep machinery operating smoothly.
  • Diagnosing and fixing faults in PLC systems, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Responding quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime.
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep equipment in peak condition.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualification in electrical or multi-skilled engineering (BTEC, ONC, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience, ideally gained through a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
