This role is ideal for an individual who has graduated within the last couple of years and ideally has some experience in food production or the FMCG sector who is interested in stepping up to a leadership role and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. 聽 Key Responsibilities: 路Lead and motivate production teams to maintain efficient workflows and uphold high-quality standards in food manufacturing. 路Oversee and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining product integrity and consistency. 路Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures. 路Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables to prevent shortages and maintain production flow. 路Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing Principles, including 5S/6S methodologies, to enhance efficiency and minimize waste. 路Carry out regular team briefings to communicate production goals, process improvements, and safety updates. 路Manage staffing levels and shift planning to ensure consistent production coverage. 路Support operational duties as needed, stepping in to assist with production tasks and address any challenges. 路Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to optimize machinery performance and minimize downtime. 聽 What we are looking for in a Graduate Production Manager: We are seeking an ambitious and hands-on individual with a passion for food production and manufacturing operations.
