About the Role:
As a QC Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving quality standards in our production operations. You will be the senior QC expert on-site, leading QC activities, addressing quality issues, and ensuring our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities
Quality Leadership: Act as the primary QC authority on-site, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Support Production Operations: Supervise QC activities in both the lab and production areas to ensure products and materials meet required standards.
Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvements and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Compliance Management: Oversee retained product samples, production records, and compliance with ISO standards.
Collaboration: Build strong relationships with production, technical personnel, to resolve issues efficiently.
