About the Role:

KAP Technical are seeking an experienced and motivated Welding Production Manager to lead our welding team and oversee the production process. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of all welding operations. If you are a skilled leader with a strong background in welding production and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise welding production staff, ensuring team alignment with production goals.
  • Oversee all welding processes, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Develop production schedules, optimize workflow, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
  • Track performance metrics and continually strive to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production area.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Welding Production Manager, Welding Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of welding processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with production software and systems.
  • Certification in welding or engineering (preferred but not required)
