  • Provide comprehensive HR support to Line Managers across the company, handling employee relations issues, performance management, and policy guidance.
  • Act as the company representative and note taker during formal meetings, offering expert advice and ensuring timely documentation.
  • Coach and develop Line Managers' HR knowledge through 1:1 sessions or group presentations, enhancing their understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to improve performance, engagement, absence, and employee turnover through innovative initiatives.
  • Advise on organisational design, ensuring legal compliance and best practices during changes.
  • Support the resourcing of employees and promote the principle of Team Staffing.
  • Assist managers with career path and development journey planning, including succession planning.
The Candidate
  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, managing a range of HR issues from end to end.
  • Strong team player with a diplomatic, calm, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Commercially aware and able to build strong relationships with Line Managers.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law and effective interviewing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Flexibility to work at different company locations as needed.
