We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, providing strategic and operational HR support across the business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with the Leadership Team and People Managers to drive and implement the people strategy.
  • Developing and delivering engaging manager workshops to enhance leadership capability.
  • Leading on policy and process reviews, with a particular focus on HR policies and recruitment.
  • Providing expert support, advice, and guidance to the HR Advisor and Administrative Teams.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and high-performing workplace.
  • Analysing key trends and HR metrics to support business planning and decision-making.
What We Are Looking For:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong background in operational HR business partnering.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
  • Experience interpreting HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver manager toolkits and reports to drive operational effectiveness.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
