- Partnering with the Leadership Team and People Managers to drive and implement the people strategy.
- Developing and delivering engaging manager workshops to enhance leadership capability.
- Leading on policy and process reviews, with a particular focus on HR policies and recruitment.
- Providing expert support, advice, and guidance to the HR Advisor and Administrative Teams.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and high-performing workplace.
- Analysing key trends and HR metrics to support business planning and decision-making.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in operational HR business partnering.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
- Experience interpreting HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Proven ability to design and deliver manager toolkits and reports to drive operational effectiveness.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
