The successful candidate will have a technical management background and be passionate about their work, have good interpersonal skills and be creative, enquiring and be capable of problem solving.The role:

• Project Management
• Identify new design, manufacture, cost reduction and efficiency projects
• Oversee all engineering projects
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop product road map
• Work with laboratories to test new designs
• Working with Production on assembly of new product lines
• Defining test parameters and performance capabilities
• Labour estimation for quotations
• Piece part costings, working with the materials team
• Identifying and pricing required equipment
• Value Steam Mapping / Lean Assembly

The person:

• Experienced engineer with a technical management background
