Role: Sales and Services Administrator
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum
Location: Within a reasonable commute of Corby
Responsibilities for Sales and Services administrator:
- Weekly stock checks and list distribution to the sales team
- Processing deal sheets and ensuring trade-in machine details are accurate
- Conducting HPI checks on trade-in equipment
- Calculating salesperson commissions
- Coordinating invoicing with customers and finance companies
- Liaising with the internal finance team on trade-ins, finance invoicing, and subsidy claims
- Registering machines on manufacturer and internal systems
- Purchasing warranty packages and applying for OEM rebates
- Managing engine warranty registrations
- Hire fleet invoicing and managing hire contracts
- Providing cover for the Sales Office Controller when required
- Uploading machine services to the manufacturer portal
- Installing sold machines on the manufacturer platform and dealer management system
- Liaising with the warranty team for warranty job invoicing
- Monitoring machine performance and communicating with customers
- Purchasing service-related items and managing purchase order allocations with internal finance
- Assisting with incoming customer calls as a second point of contact
- Providing cover for the Service Controller during absence
- IT literate, strong knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel and teams
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
- Full UK Driving licence
- Previous experience in plant machinery or agricultural or automotive
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
