Our client has a vacancy for a dynamic Administrator to join their well-established law firm. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to their busy team, ensuring unparalleled levels of client service. The role is part-time, working 25 - 30 hours per week and are fully office based.

This role is crucial to the success of their experienced team who have a demanding workload. This means that you must be able to handle pressure and be able to prioritise your daily workload.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • Efficiently administer new clients' requirements by opening files and generating standard letters and documents as instructed;
  • Utilise a confident telephone manner to engage with existing and prospective clients, providing quotes for new matters and facilitating the conversion of quotes into active files;
  • Enter accurate client data into our case management system, maintaining close attention to detail;
  • Ensure compliance with the firm’s money laundering requirements, including the verification of client identification through Call ML and, if referred on, drafting standard letters to make further requests for proof

Additional requirements of this role:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced legal environment would be advantageous, but is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
  • Professional and attentive telephone manner, coupled with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Capability to handle pressure and effectively prioritize tasks whilst managing a demanding workload.
