Reed are currently working with a number of secondary schools across Corby, supporting them recruit Cover Supervisors to cover both daily supply and long term absences.

Responsibilities:• Supervise students and ensure a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.• Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and manage the classroom effectively.• Engage students in their learning and provide support as needed.• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
