Sales Support Administrator

Due to continued success a local based market leading manufacturing company, has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join them at their Head Office location. You will be providing support to the Technical Sales Manager:

  • Receiving orders via website, email and telephone and processing details onto in-house system
  • Monitoring Live Stock system, allocating stock to order, highlighting any stock shortages to production team
  • Preparing and distributing bespoke order quotations via CAD (full training will be provided)
  • Generating and sending out proforma invoices, ensuring all costings are correct, liaising finance re payments received
  • Updating CRM system once orders have been received by customer
  • Answering all incoming calls to the department, and responding to all enquiry emails
  • Providing daily administration support for the department, as well as other areas of the business is nearer

We would be expecting the successful Sales Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner, with an eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Technical Administration, Sales Support or a Sales Administration position.

Working directly with the Technical Sales Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
