We have been asked to recruit a Payroll Administrator for a company in Corby.
Day to day reporting into the Financial Controller you’ll be responsible for the weekly payroll for over 300 people across multiple sites.
The company has 7 sites across the UK, with their Head Office in Corby.
Below is a small overview of the role;
- Processing weekly payroll using Sage 50 in an accurate and timely manner
- Pension administration including payments and auto enrolment
- Entering records for joiners and leavers and processing P45’s
- Manage payments for statutory sick pay, maternity and paternity pay
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, including all HMRC payroll
- related activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly payroll journal for period end completion
- Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports as
- required, recommending enhancements
- Preparation of P60 and P11D documents for employees
