We have a rare opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber for a prestigious client set in stunning grounds with extensive infrastructure and picturesque gardens.
The estate covers 120 acres, almost one mile apart at its extremities and interspersed by town housing, retail and light industrial properties.It includes 56 acres of playing fields and a built estate of 75 buildings, of which 23 are listed (Grades I II).
The Plumber will predominantly undertake reactive tasks, but also assist with planned preventative maintenance tasks and small project works.
The role is Monday to Friday during normal office hours.
