About the RoleAs a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our factory consistently meets customer expectations by maintaining high-quality standards across all production areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized individual who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively with teams across the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform on-line quality checks and report any non-conformities to the production team and Quality Manager.
  • Verify operators’ paperwork and checks for accuracy.
  • Ensure goods and materials are correctly identified at all stages of production.
  • Assist the QC team with customer return inspections.
  • Conduct routine material testing, including tensile and dart tests.
  • Update production records for specific customer requirements.
  • Complete test reports and necessary documentation.
  • Carry out safety and compliance checks, including Fire Alarm tests and weekly hygiene/locker inspections.
  • Report and address any non-conformance with BRC standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to uphold quality and compliance standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proficiency with measuring tools such as tape measures and micrometres.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read instructions in English (Entry Level 2 or above).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to dynamic workloads.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Training will be provided for testing machines (e.g., tensile and dart testing).
