- Mixing Operator (x1)
- Line Leader (x1)
- Converting Operator (x2)
Shift Hours:
- Mixing Operator: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Line Leader: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Converting Operator: 4:15 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities Across All Roles:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to safety and quality control standards while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep accurate production records, including machine settings, downtime, and product output.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
- Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to changing production demands.
- Mixing experience with chemicals.
