Quality Technician

We are seeking a QualityTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products in food manufacturing.

Daily routine activities , consisting of:

• Monitoring food safety controls
• Verification , filing and archiving of paperwork.
• Internal testing program for environmental swabs and finished product
• Document control of factory documents
• Daily taste panels
• Internal audits: GMP, Foreign body etc
• Assisting in non-conformance investigations and customer complaints

Experience:

• Proven experience in quality assurance processes and procedures
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and implementation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
