My Client is a Top Main Contractor who work primarily across commercial, industrial and retail sectors with project values up to 20m. They are seeking a Project Quantity to join their growing team.
The Role & Project
Based from their office near Corby, the role holder will work across a couple of industrial projects at any one time valued between 5m-15m reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
The Project Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on the project and should be able to effectively manage assistant and trainee surveyors to successfully deliver theproject.
The Project Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the effective and efficient running of commercial matters to aschieve optimum recovery and cash flow whilst also developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the Client.
