The position is for a Multiskilled Operative with a pay rate of £20 Umbrella or approximately £16 PAYE.
The role is located at either the Kettering or Corby depot and is ongoing.
Candidates should have experience in flooring, carpentry, and plumbing, responding to maintenance tasks in occupied or vacant properties.
An appropriate qualification such as NVQ or City and Guilds, along with practical experience in Housing Maintenance, is required.
A full UK driving license is also necessary for this role.

Opus People Solutions are recruiting for multiple experienced and versatile Multiskilled Trade Operatives to join the Housing Property Services Team to focus on efficient housing maintenance service to the tenants of North Northamptonshire Council.

Main duties are maintenance tasks like flooring, carpentry and plumbing. You will either respond to repairs and maintenance in occupied accommodations or completely empty at the end of the tenancy, when the team is preparing the property for the new tenants.

To be successful, you are required to have an appropriate, recognised qualification. NVQ or City and Guilds or equivalent, practical experience for Housing Maintenance and full UK driving license.
