Opus People Solutions are recruiting for multiple experienced and versatile Multiskilled Trade Operatives to join the Housing Property Services Team to focus on efficient housing maintenance service to the tenants of North Northamptonshire Council.

Main duties are fiiting kichen units and tiling, but also maintenance tasks like flooring, carpentry and plumbing. You will either respond to repairs and maintenance in occupied accommodations or completely empty property at the end of the tenancy, when the team is preparing the property for the new tenants.

To be successful, you are required to have a practical experience for Social Housing Maintenance and full UK driving license.
