Due to continued success a local based market leading manufacturing company, has an exciting opportunity for a Product Specialist who has proven experience of focusing on the development and commercialisation of medical-grade infection control products for the health-care industry to join them at their UK head quarters located in Corby, Northamptonshire. You will be providing support to the Marketing Manager:

• Assisting internal sales team to achieve, ensuring they are armed with effective tools to maximise their sales results by educating them on product, via conducting regular training session and webimars
• Management of product life-cycle, as well as being a critical part of product launch projects cradle to grave, analysis results and performance of the launch, recording and presenting results to management, identifying areas of improvement
• Liaise with internal departments to assess product standards and performances, working closely with R&D in relation to product specification changes
• Being a creative force in future marketing campaigns, conducting market research and understanding market trends and obtaining awareness of competitors landscape, presenting these findings internally
• Providing daily administration support for the department, as well as other areas of the business if needed

We would be expecting the successful Product Specialist to be able to demonstrate experience of product management ideally within medical device, health-care or professional goods industry. Be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident, positive manner, with an eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Product Manager, Product Analyst or a Product BDM position.

You will be joining the Corby head office of a company that has been established established for over 25 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Marketing Manager, and other internal teams this role offers variety on a daily basis.
