Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiatic Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Weldon, Corby. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, enjoys providing excellent service, and has a keen eye for detail when processing orders.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Accurately process customer orders and ensure they are completed promptly using our internal systems.
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their orders and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and other relevant information.
  • Assist with any administrative tasks required by the sales team, including preparing quotes, invoices, and product information.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with order processing systems is a bonus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure.
