Our client a leading manufacturer in Corby has an opportunity for a 12 months Fixed term contract for an experienced Accounts Assistant.

The Role:

Taking incoming customer calls
Order queries
Order placement
Reporting discrepancies in information
Setting up new customer accounts
New customer credit checks
Annual credit checks
Updating the customer hierarchy
Review and process expenses
Out of pocket expenses
Barclaycard expenses
Month end
Posting journals
Balance sheet reconciliation's
Inter company reconciliation's
Purchase Ledger
Matching bills to PODs
Obtaining authorisation for invoices
Processing invoices
Credit Control
Sending out dunning letters
Issuing invoices
Issuing statements
General Administration
Opening the post
Filing

Within this contract the job holder will also be expected to support in the annual stock take and year end audit.

The salary range - £30k to £35k DOE

Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm & Fri 8:30am - 4:00pm
