Our client a leading manufacturer in Corby has an opportunity for a 12 months Fixed term contract for an experienced Accounts Assistant.
The Role:
- Taking incoming customer calls
- Order queries
- Order placement
- Reporting discrepancies in information
- Setting up new customer accounts
- New customer credit checks
- Annual credit checks
- Updating the customer hierarchy
- Review and process expenses
- Out of pocket expenses
- Barclaycard expenses
- Month end
- Posting journals
- Balance sheet reconciliation's
- Inter company reconciliation's
- Purchase Ledger
- Matching bills to PODs
- Obtaining authorisation for invoices
- Processing invoices
- Credit Control
- Sending out dunning letters
- Issuing invoices
- Issuing statements
- General Administration
- Opening the post
- Filing
Within this contract the job holder will also be expected to support in the annual stock take and year end audit.
The salary range - £30k to £35k DOE
Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm & Fri 8:30am - 4:00pm
