What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day will cover a wide variety of finance tasks, including:

  • Payroll: Ensuring the team is paid accurately and on time.
  • Banking: Importing statements, matching balances, and reconciling transactions.
  • Invoicing: Managing invoices in Xero and handling payment runs.
  • VAT & CIS Returns: Preparing submissions with precision.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitoring performance, producing analytical reports, and managing debt.
  • Supplier Management: Reconciling statements and following up on purchase orders (POs).
  • Proposals: Supporting with raising proposals and more!

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience with Xero is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and general Microsoft applications.
  • A proactive approach and a knack for organisation.
