What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day will cover a wide variety of finance tasks, including:
- Payroll: Ensuring the team is paid accurately and on time.
- Banking: Importing statements, matching balances, and reconciling transactions.
- Invoicing: Managing invoices in Xero and handling payment runs.
- VAT & CIS Returns: Preparing submissions with precision.
- Financial Oversight: Monitoring performance, producing analytical reports, and managing debt.
- Supplier Management: Reconciling statements and following up on purchase orders (POs).
- Proposals: Supporting with raising proposals and more!
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience with Xero is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and general Microsoft applications.
- A proactive approach and a knack for organisation.
