We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Corby. This role offers an immediate start and provides an excellent opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified teachers looking to make a significant impact in the classroom.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Employ effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
- Prepare educational materials that stimulate learning across different abilities.
- Assess and record students’ progress, offering feedback to aid their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons.
- Participate in school meetings and events as required.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) status.
- Minimum of three terms of experience within a UK secondary school.
- Proficient classroom management skills.
- A resourceful and enthusiastic approach to teaching Maths.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum.
