Pay: £150 - £200 per day 

Reed is currently working with secondary schools across Northampton, supporting them recruit Supply teachers to cover both daily and long-term supply. 

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver high-quality lessons across all year groups in line with the school’s curriculum.• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring the students remain engaged and motivated.• Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and productive learning environment.• Provide feedback to students on their work, highlighting areas of improvement.• Collaborate with other teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.• Uphold the school’s values and contribute positively to the school community.The Ideal Candidate:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent desireable• Experience teaching a range of year groups (primary or secondary experience is acceptable).• Strong classroom management skills and a positive, proactive approach to teaching.• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and respond to the diverse needs of students.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• A passion for education and a commitment to helping every student achieve their potential.• Available to start immediately.
