Field Service Engineer

Up to 35,000 d.o.e, Corby, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm, Immediate Start.

Travail Employment Group have partnered with a well-established global manufacturer of unique, custom made machinery. Our client has been established for over 20 years providing premium quality products designed to maximise productivity, increase efficiency, and ensure operator safety with their products known for their durability and dependability.

Duties:

• Provide assistance to customers and staff on machinery.
• Maintenance and repairs if required.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Answer client inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure all required reports are completed in a timely manner
• Travel to various client sites as required.
• Completing all relevant paperwork including timesheets.
• Ensure all H&S regulations are always adhered to.

The Requirements:

• Relevant mechanical and electrical qualifications.
• Good team player with a positive, proactive attitude to workload.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• 3 years' experience of working in a similar role.
• Full UK Driving License
• Reliable and hardworking

We would expect the successful Field Service Engineer to be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain and service machinery, work effectively in a team and be an ambassador of the company. You will be supported one to one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within in a similar role.

You will be joining a well-established global manufacturer of unique, custom made machinery. Established for over 20 years, who have an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. You will be reporting directly into the Service Engineering Manager. The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products for their customers.
